3. User Responsibilities

  • Users shall not use our network for unlawful, harmful, or malicious activities.
  • Customers must safeguard their login details and report unauthorized access immediately.
  • Equipment provided remains the property of AmpliFi Networks unless purchased outright.

4. Payments & Billing

All service payments must be made in full and on time as per the package subscribed. Late or missed payments may lead to temporary suspension or disconnection. Service will resume once outstanding amounts are cleared.

5. Service Limitations

We strive to provide reliable connectivity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Network downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with prior notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled. Equipment provided on lease must be returned in good condition.

8. Liability

AmpliFi Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
